What is the Supply Chain Management Graduate programme all about?
The two-year programme will take you across the Logistics organisation, exposing you to the different challenges within supply chain management thus providing you with a deep knowledge of the subject in practise as well as exposure to other departments within Dansk Supermarked Group.

During the programme, you will be based at Dansk Supermarked Group’s headquarters in Årslev, Aarhus, but you should also expect to be part of assignments or projects at some of our other locations, why the position demands geographical flexibility.

You will be challenged
We will make sure we challenge you from day one and give you the opportunity to use your theoretical knowledge and transform this into operational skills by giving you daily tasks and project work with clear responsibilities for deliveries and deadlines.

Tailored to you
In each rotation, you will be given a full position with clear responsibilities for assigned tasks. The rotations are all characterised by a steep learning curve and the programme is designed to provide you with a basic understanding of key elements during your first assignments, and as you progress you will be given the opportunity to gain more responsibility. The flow and content of the rotations will be shaped individually to support your future development.

Personal skills
First and foremost you are ambitious and goal oriented, highly motivated and committed to succeed. You have a natural interest in and understanding of the latest trends and tendencies combined with an analytical, international mind-set, good numeracy skills and you perform well under pressure. You thrive in a role with many different stakeholders, and you have good communicational skills and an open mind allowing you to collaborate and communicate widely externally and internally in many departments and on various levels of the company. You are dynamic, adaptable and thrive in a fast paced environment

Professional skills
You have recently graduated or are about to graduate with a master´s degree well above average within supply chain management, economics, management, international business or a related field. You have relevant work experience either gained during your studies or you have up to a maximum of one year’s full time experience after your graduation.

You have excellent language skills in Danish and English - English must be at negotiation level - and you have international experience either through work or studies.
