What is the Business Management Graduate programme in føtex all about?
This programme is for candidates striving for a central position in our headquarters of føtex. The two-year programme will take you across the organization, making sure that you are exposed to the various challenges within your field of expertise; thus building the required competencies you need to become an impactful player long term.

You will be challenged
We will make sure we challenge you from day one and give you the opportunity to make use of your theoretical knowledge and transform this into operational skills by giving you daily tasks and project work with clear responsibilities for deliveries and deadlines.
Tailored to you
In each rotation, you will be given a full position with clear responsibilities for assigned tasks. Your assignments will cover the full range of tasks from hands-on execution of functional tasks to analysis, follow-up on activities, administrative support to the management team, project participation and potentially project management. The flow and content of the rotations will be shaped individually to support your future development.

We are looking for the right mix of personal and professional skills. If you can identify yourself in the skills outlined below, then you might be our next Business Management Graduate in føtex.
You are highly ambitious and goal oriented resulting in a great drive combined with an execution minded approach. You are motivated and committed to succeed, and you have a natural interest in and understanding of customers and sales.
You have an analytical, international mind-set, good numeracy skills and you perform well under pressure working in a structured manner and meeting your deadlines. You value good communication and know how to build and maintain good relations securing strong, ongoing collaborations. Finally you look for an international career this being reflected in you being internationally mobile.
You have recently graduated or are about to graduate with a master´s degree well above average within economics, project management or marketing. You have relevant work experience - preferably from retail - either gained during your studies or you have up to a maximum of one year’s full time experience after your graduation.
You have excellent language skills in Danish and English - fluent both spoken and written - and strong Excel skills. Preferably you have had one semester abroad during your bachelor or master studies or other relevant international experience
